Making the Commitment to Growth

    The only person in control of your happiness is you. Although you may believe that it is someone or something else that is causing you suffering, frustration or unhappiness, it is ultimately only you who have the power to change your circumstances by changing yourself.

    You have a choice - either you can sit back and watch your life turn out to be less than what you wish, or you can make the commitment to break out of your habitual negative habits and do whatever it takes to create the life you want. Change your fear to freedom: freedom to be the powerful person you truly are, freedom to make new healthy choices for yourself, and freedom to love and be loved fully. Start by allowing yourself to acknowledge and express completely all of your feelings.
